摘  要:随着广东省产业经济结构的逐步转型升级,高职教育供求失衡问题愈加明显,主要体现在人才供给总量不足、人才行业性和区域性失衡、人才供给质量无法满足岗位要求、忽略学生个人职业发展需求等。对此,为实现广东高职教育的均衡发展,应从增加有效供给入手,抓住内涵式发展契机构建科学教育体系;建立以市场为导向的专业动态调节机制;优化资源配置实现教育成本规模递减;深化产教融合全面提升人才培育质量,积极推进广东高职教育的供给侧改革。With the advancement of the transformation and upgrading of industrial layout and economic structure in Guangdong province, the imbalance between supply and demand of higher vocational education is emerging, which mainly includes the lack of total talent supply, industrial imbalance and regional imbalance of talents, the quality of talent supply, and the neglect of the needs of students’ personal career development. For the development balance of the higher vocational education, this paper proposes that effective supply be increased through the connotative development of higher vocational education and scientific mechanism system;that a professional dynamic supply and demand adjustment mechanism suitable for regional industrial economy be established, that the distribution of educational resources be optimized for the education cost reduction, and that the talent training program and the integration of industry and education be deepen to comprehensively improve the quality of talent training and actively promote the supply side reform of the higher vocational education in Guangdong province.
