摘　　要：[目的]筛选适于铁皮石斛的不定芽增殖和生根诱导的最佳培养基配方,优化铁皮石斛离体快繁体系。[方法]以铁皮石斛具节茎段为试验材料,探究不同植物激素组合对铁皮石斛茎段不定芽诱导和生根诱导的影响。[结果]MS+0.8%琼脂+3%蔗糖+0.100 mg/L NAA+1.000 mg/L 6-BA为铁皮石斛的芽增殖诱导的最佳培养基配方,该配方下的芽增殖系数为2.330,平均芽高为0.620 cm,芽颜色嫩绿,芽健壮;MS+0.8%琼脂+3%蔗糖+0.500 mg/L IBA为铁皮石斛生根诱导培养的最适培养基,其诱导生根率为100%,平均根长达1.040 cm,平均根数3.700个,平均株高1.610 cm。[结论]不同组合的6-BA和NAA对铁皮石斛不定芽的增殖诱导效果存在差异;浓度为0.500 mg/L的IBA对铁皮石斛的生根诱导效果最佳。[Objective]By screening out the best medium for bud proliferation and rooting induction tissue culture,this experiment explored the in vitro rapid propagation system of of Dendrobium officinale.[Method]To investigate the effects of different combinations of phytohormones on a-dventitious bud induction and rooting induction in stem segments of Dendrobium officinale.[Result]The results showed that:MS+0.8%agar+3%sucrose+0.100 mg/L NAA+1.000 mg/L 6-BA was thebest medium for bud proliferation induction of Dendrobium officinale.Under this medium,the bud proliferation coefficient was 2.330,the average bud height was 0.620 cm,the bud color was green and the bud was strong;MS+0.8%agar+3%sucrose+0.500 mg/L IBA was the best medium for rooting induction of Dendrobium officinale.The rooting rate was 100%,the average root length was 1.040 cm,the average root number was 3.700,and the average plant height was 1.610 cm.[Conclusion]The effects of different combinations of 6-BA and NAA on proliferation of adventitious buds of Dendrobium officinale were different.IBA with a concentration of 0.500 mg/L hadthe best rooting induction effect on Dendrobium officinale.
