摘 要:以银西高速铁路(银川—西安)渭河铁路特大桥主桥为研究对象,建立主梁加劲钢斜撑预应力混凝土箱梁局部节段1∶2.5缩尺模型进行静载破坏试验。将试验结果与有限元计算结果进行对比分析,系统地研究结构承载能力、受力特性和破坏机理。结果表明:该试验结构具有良好的承载能力,在1.625倍设计荷载作用下,翼缘底部出现裂缝;在3倍设计荷载作用下结构受力均匀,无整体性破坏和较大变形,传力机制明确,具有较大安全储备,满足使用和安全需求。Taking the main bridge of Weihe super-long bridge on Yinchuan-Xi’an high speed railway as the research object,a 1∶2.5 scale model of local segments of prestressed concrete box girder with stiffened steel diagonal braces was established to conduct static load failure test.The test results were compared with the finite element calculation results,and the structural bearing capacity,mechanical characteristics and failure mechanism were systematically studied.The results show that the test structure has good bearing capacity.Under the action of 1.625 times of design load,cracks appear at the bottom of flange.Under the action of 3 times of the design load,the structure bears uniform force,the structure has uniform stress,no overall damage and large deformation,clear force transmission mechanism,large safety reserve,and meets the use and safety requirements.
