摘 要:利用活塞冷却喷嘴(Piston Cooling Jets,PCJ)提升活塞寿命和整机性能已成为高热效率发动机的关键技术之一。利用1台1.5 L增压直喷汽油机,试验研究了不同压缩比的振荡冷却活塞的PCJ开闭对发动机燃烧和排放性能的影响。结果表明:不同工况下,压缩比为12.5∶1时,开启PCJ使得发动机摩擦损失FMEP(Friction Mean Effective Pressure)平均升高8%,燃烧重心提前,缸内最大燃烧压力升高,中大负荷下发动机燃油消耗率受燃烧性能与摩擦损失变化共同影响而有所改善;排放方面,PCJ开启使得HC和NOx排放有所升高,对CO排放的影响与工况有关,但变化幅度极小。中速中负荷工况下,相比压缩比为15∶1,压缩比为12.5∶1时PCJ开启对燃烧性能的改善效果更好,油耗降幅更大,HC排放增幅更大,NOx排放增幅更小。To improve the piston life and the whole engine performance by using piston cooling jet(PCJ) has become one of the key technologies of high thermal efficiency engine. The effects of PCJ opening and closing of oscillating cooling pistons with different compression ratios on combustion and emission performance were studied through the experiment on a 1.5 L turbocharged direct injection gasoline engine. The results showed that the friction mean effective pressure(FMEP) increased by 8%, the combustion center advanced, the in-cylinder maximum combustion pressure increased, and the specific fuel consumption at medium and high load slightly improved due to the effects of combustion and FMEP after turning on PCJ under different operating conditions and 12.5 compression ratio. For the emissions, turning on PCJ increased the emissions of HC and NO_(x). The effect on CO emission was related to the operating conditions, but the change was very small. At medium speed and load, turning on PCJ with 12.5 compression ratio would lead to the better improvement of combustion performance, the larger reduction of fuel consumption, the smaller increase of NO_(x), but the larger increase of HC compared with PCJ with 15 compression ratio.
