摘　　要：目的 调查面部脂溢性皮炎(SD)患者生活质量并探讨其影响因素。方法 通过问卷调查形式收集2020年5月至2021年12月在广州医科大学附属第五医院皮肤科就诊的204例面部SD患者的皮肤病生活质量指数(DLQI)、Zung焦虑自评量表(SAS)、Zung抑郁自评量表(SDS)、一般情况和临床资料,评估其生活质量及影响因素。结果 是否辛辣饮食、锻炼、治疗及不同的睡眠时间、病程、症状体征、就诊次数、SAS、SDS患者的DLQI得分比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。影响DLQI评分的因素为锻炼、SDS、治疗、就诊次数、症状体征、辛辣饮食(P <0.05)。结论 面部SD严重影响患者生活质量,易伴发抑郁情绪。Objective To investigate the quality of life in patients with facial seborrheic dermatitis(SD) and explore its influencing factors. Methods The dermatology life quality index(DLQI), Zung self-rating anxiety scale(SAS), Zung selfrating depression scale(SDS), the general situation and clinical data of 204 facial SD patients who visited the Department of Dermatology of the Fifth Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University from May 2020 to December 2021 were collected by questionnaire, and the quality of life and influencing factors were evaluated. Results There were significant differences in DLQI scores among the factors including presence of spicy diet, exercise and treatment as well as different sleeping time, disease course, symptoms and signs, visit frequency, SAS and SDS(P < 0.05). The influencing factors of DLQI score were exercise, SDS, treatment, visit frequency, symptoms and signs, and spicy diet(P < 0.05). Conclusion Facial SD has a severe impact on patients’ quality of life and is often accompanied by depression.
