摘　　要：白血病是儿童常见的恶性肿瘤之一,髓外白血病是其治疗过程中面临的重大挑战。白血病细胞几乎可以浸润全身脏器引起一系列病理改变,这些病理变化的最终结果往往是致命的。近年来,随着分子生物学诊断的进步及治疗方案的改进,髓外白血病的临床研究取得了相当的成果,本文就此进行综述。Leukemia is one of the common malignant tumors in children,and extramedullary leukemia is a major challenge in its treatment.Leukemia cells can almost infiltrate all organs and result a series of pathological changes.In recent years,with the development of molecular biology diagnosis and the improvement of treatment plan,the clinical research of extramedullary leukemia has made considerable achievements.This article reviews these.
