摘 要:通过对双有源桥(DAB)变换器全部开关管的零电压开通(ZVS)控制,同时兼顾对DAB变换器的电流应力进行优化,来提升DAB变换器在输入输出电压不匹配运行条件下的整机效率。首先详细分析DAB变换器实现ZVS的电感电流约束条件,并获得传输功率范围;对比分析升压和降压运行场景下的软开关约束条件对传输功率的影响,以软开关功率范围最大为指标优选移相控制方式;然后基于优选的移相控制方式,为了进一步降低开关管的电流应力,提出零电压开通-电流应力优化(ZVS-CSO)算法,求解得到ZVS区域内电流应力最小时对应的移相比,并从理论上对比验证了优化效果;最后在StarSim硬件的环平台以及实物平台上对所提优化算法的有效性进行了验证。The converter can improve the whole machine under the operating condition of input and output voltage mismatch efficiency by controlling the zero voltage switching(ZVS)of all the switching tubes of the dual active bridge(DAB)converter and optimizing the current stress of the converter.First,this paper analyzes the inductor current constraint conditions of the DAB converter to achieve ZVS,and obtains the transmission power range.The influence of the soft switching constraints on the transmission power under the boost and buck conditions is compared,and the maximum soft switching power range is taken as an indicator.The DAB phase-shifting control mode is optimized.Then based on the preferred phase-shifting control mode,the ZVS-CSO optimization algorithm is proposed to obtain the corresponding shift phase value when the current stress in the ZVS region is the smallest,further reducing the current stress of the switch tube.Finally,the effectiveness of the proposed optimization algorithm is verified on the StarSim hardware-in-the-loop platform and the physical platform.
