摘　　要：目的探讨乳腺癌改良根治术后辅助放疗中胸壁靶区外界的合理性。方法收集218例乳腺癌改良根治术后辅助适形/调强放疗病例,胸壁靶区外界均不超过腋窝中线,分析放疗后超出胸壁靶区外侧的复发率。结果随访截止2021年6月31日,无患者出现胸壁靶区外界外缘肿瘤复发,超过腋窝中线的胸壁复发率也为0。结论乳腺癌改良根治术后辅助适型/调强放射治疗,在系统的全身治疗保驾下,胸壁靶区外界不超过腋中线水平。Objective To analyze the recurrence rate of post-mastectomy radiation therapy and explore the rationality of the outer boundary of the clinical target volume.Methods A total of 218 cases of adjuvant conformal/intensity modulated PMRT(post-mastectomy radiation therapy),the clinical target volume(CTV)of the chest wall did not exceed the axillary midline,and the recurrence rate beyond the outside of the chest wall CTV after radiotherapy was analyzed.Results Up to June 31,2021,Nopatient had recurred outside the CTV,the chest wall recurrence rate beyond the axillary midline was 0.Conclusion IT is reasonable that the CTV of the chest wall did not exceed the axillary midline in PMRT.
