摘 要:目的:探讨规范化管理在医院中药房的应用效果。方法:郑州市第一人民医院中药房于2021年实施规范化管理,从中药饮片质量管理、患者满意度以及药房人员工作能力三方面对比规范化管理实施前后(2020年与2021年)中药房工作质量的变化。结果:实施规范化管理措施后,中药饮片质量管理、患者满意度以及药房人员工作能力,均有显著提高(P<0.05)。结论:中药房规范化管理是从细节入手,从各个方面完善中药房工作流程,较常规管理模式更加适应临床用药的服务需求,可以为患者提供更优质的中医药服务。Objective:To explore application effect of standardized management in traditional Chinese medicine pharmacy.Methods:The traditional Chinese medicine pharmacy of The First Peoples Hospital of Zhengzhou City implemented standardized management in 2021.This paper evaluates the changes of work quality of traditional Chinese medicine pharmacy before and after standardized management(2020 and 2021)from three aspects:management quality of traditional Chinese medicine pharmacy decoction pieces,patient satisfaction and working ability of pharmacy personnel.Results:After the implementation of standardized management measures,the management quality of traditional Chinese medicine pharmacy decoction pieces,patient satisfaction and working ability of pharmacy staff were significantly improved(P<0.05).Conclusion:The standardized management of traditional Chinese medicine pharmacy starts from the details and improves the working process of traditional Chinese medicine pharmacy from all aspects.Compared with the conventional management mode,it is more suitable for the service requirements of clinical medicine and can provide patients with better traditional Chinese medicine pharmacy services,which can be further promoted and applied.
