摘　　要：目的:探讨Dishevelled-3(Dvl-3)在结肠癌中的表达及其与肿瘤细胞侵袭、转移的关系。方法:选取2017年8月-2018年8月惠州市中心人民医院肿瘤内科收治的结肠癌患者94例为观察对象。采集患者肿瘤组织标本94例为研究组,采集癌旁组织标本63例作为对照组,比较两组患者Dvl-3表达情况,并通过3年随访患者术后复发转移情况,分析Dvl-3表达与肿瘤细胞侵袭转移的相关性。结果:研究组Dvl-3过表达率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);随访6个月、1年、2年、3年,Dvl-3正常表达患者复发转移率低于过表达患者,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。经Spearman相关性分析,Dvl-3表达与结肠癌患者复发转移呈正相关性(P<0.05)。结论:Dishevelled-3在结肠癌癌组织中表达异常高,其表达水平与肿瘤细胞侵袭转移呈正相关性,表达水平越高,肿瘤侵袭转移风险越高。Objective: To explore the expression of Dishevelled-3(Dvl-3) in colon cancer and its relationship with tumor cell invasion and metastasis. Methods: Ninety-four colon cancer patients admitted to Department of Oncology, Huizhou Central People’s Hospital from August 2017 to August 2018 were selected as the observation subjects. The tumor tissue specimens collected from 94 patients were used as study group, and paracancerous tissue specimens collected from 63 patients were used as control group. The expression of Dvl-3 was compared between two groups, the postoperative recurrence and metastasis of patients were observed through 3-year follow-ups, and the relationship of Dvl-3 expression with tumor cell invasion and metastasis was analyzed. Results: The overexpression rate of Dvl-3 in the study group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). At 6 months, 1 year, 2 years and 3 years of follow-up, the recurrence and metastasis rate of patients with normal expression of Dvl-3 was lower than that of patients with overexpression, and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05). Spearman correlation analysis showed that Dvl-3 expression was positively correlated with the recurrence and metastasis in colon cancer patients(P<0.05). Conclusion: The expression of Dishevelled-3 is abnormally elevated in colon cancer tissues, and its expression level is positively correlated with the invasion and metastasis of tumor cells, a higher expression level indicates a higher risk of tumor invasion and metastasis.
