摘　　要：目的:探讨改良术前护理教育路径在日间腹腔镜胆囊切除术(LC)中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年9-12月德阳市人民医院行腹腔镜胆囊切除术的患者262例为观察对象,根据便利抽样法随机分为对照组与试验组。对照组采用常规术前护理教育路径进行护理教育,试验组采用改良术前护理教育路径进行护理教育。比较两组患者术前护理教育覆盖率、日间手术知识掌握程度、术前护理教育满意度。结果:试验组患者术前护理教育覆盖率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患者日间手术知识掌握程度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患者术前护理教育满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用改良术前护理教育路径为日间腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者开展术前护理教育工作,提高了术前护理教育的质量和效率,可以为患者普及日间手术相关知识,提升患者满意度,优化护理服务质量。Objective: To explore the application effect of improved preoperative nursing education path in daytime laparoscopic cholecystectomy(LC). Methods: A total of 262 patients who underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy in Deyang People’s Hospital from September 2020 to December 2020 were selected as the observation objects. They were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group according to convenient sampling method. The control group adopted routine preoperative nursing education path for nursing education, and the experimental group used improved preoperative nursing education path for nursing education. The coverage rate of preoperative nursing education, the mastery of daytime surgery knowledge, and the satisfaction of preoperative nursing education were compared between the two groups.Results: The coverage rate of preoperative nursing education in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The mastery of daytime surgery knowledge in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The satisfaction of preoperative nursing education in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:The application of improved preoperative nursing education path for patients undergoing daytime laparoscopic cholecystectomy can improve the quality and efficiency of preoperative nursing education, popularize the related knowledge of daytime surgery, improve the satisfaction of patients, and optimize the quality of nursing service.
