摘　　要：目的了解民族地区乡镇卫生院医疗服务现状,为提升民族地区乡镇卫生院医疗服务能力提供决策参考。方法抽样调查四川省甘孜州6个县18个乡镇卫生院,采用问卷调查、个别访谈法收集资料。结果18个机构中,临床科室、卫生人员、识别诊治病种、急诊急救、检验服务达到《乡镇卫生院服务能力评价指南(2019版)》C等的数量仅分别为6、1、10、5、1家,2家达到中医药服务水平B等,所有机构在设施设备、检查服务方面均未达到C等要求。结论民族地区乡镇卫生院科室设置、设备配置、卫生人员配备不足,医疗服务能力薄弱。建议结合民族地域特色优化科室、设备配置,完善“引人、用人、留人”机制,利用紧密型县域医共体、互联网技术等形式来提升医疗服务能力。Objective To know about the status quo of medical services in township hospitals in ethnic areas,Sichuan,so as to provide decision-making reference for improving the medical service capacity of the hospitals in these areas.Methods A sampling survey was conducted among 18 township hospitals in 6 counties of Ganzi Prefecture,Sichuan Province,using a questionnaire survey and individual interviews for information collection.Results Among the 18 hospitals,the number of hospitals with clinical departments,health personnel,identification of diagnosis and treatment of diseases,emergency first aid,and inspection services reaching level C of“Township Health Center Service Capability Evaluation Guide(2019 Edition)”were 6,1,10,5,and 1,respectively.Two hospitals reached level B in traditional Chinese medicine,but almost no hospital had reached the level C requirements in facility equipment and inspection services.Conclusions Township hospitals in ethnic minority areas of Sichuan Province are not sufficiently equipped with departments,equipment and health personnel,and their medical service capacity is weak.It is suggested to strengthen and optimize the allocation of departments and equipment,improve the mechanism of“attracting,employing and retaining talents”,and improve the medical service capacity by taking advantage of the close-knit county medical community and Internet technology.
