摘 要:针对浓磷酸脱重金属及汽提脱氟中预处理澄清酸澄清时间不足、固含量偏高,脱氟磷酸产能偏低及脱氟塔石墨换热器效率偏低的问题,通过工艺优化改造,最终确定磷酸浓缩预脱氟耦合汽提深度脱氟生产饲料级磷酸工艺技术路线,介绍其工艺技术流程、指标控制及脱氟原理。改造后饲料级磷酸产量提高了36.81%,装置顺利实现产业化目标。In view of the insufficient clarification time and high solid content of pretreatment clarification acid for heavy metal removal and stripping off fluorine, low defluorinated acid capacity and low efficiency of graphite heat exchanger in defluorination tower, process optimization is carried out to determine the technical route for production feed-grade phosphoric acid by concentration and pre defluorination of phosphoric acid coupled with deep defluorination by air stripping. The technical process, index control and the principle of defluorination are introduced. After the transformation, the yield of feed-grade phosphoric acid is increased by 36.81%, realizing the industrialization goal of the plant.
