摘　　要：随着大数据相关产业的快速发展,对大数据人才的需求与培养得到了社会的高度关注。为能够准确及时全面地了解社会对大数据人才的真实需求,该文采取实证研究的方法,从招聘网站获取企事业单位对大数据人才的招聘信息,并从就业环境和行业岗位等角度进行统计分析,以便了解大数据人才的真实需求情况,以及对人才需求的影响因素,并根据分析结果探讨面向社会需求的大数据人才培养模式。With the rapid development of big data industries, the demand and training of big data talents has attracted great attention. In order to accurately and comprehensively understand the real needs of big data talents, this paper adopts empirical research methods to obtain recruitment information of big data talents from a famous recruitment website, and then analyzes them from the perspectives of employment environment and industries and positions. According to the results, this paper discusses the demand-oriented big data talent training model.
