面向陆军转型发展需求的测控技术与仪器专业教学质量提升途径探索与实践

摘　　要：治军先治校,强军必强校,随着国防和军队改革深入推进,军队院校建设发展迎来新机遇,也面临新挑战,新时代的军队院校也到了体系重塑后转型升级的关键节点。基于强军事业对人才提出的强劲需求,该文以“聚焦备战打仗、凝练军事特色、适应时代要求”为指导方向,构建面向首次任职培训需求的经纬协同式测控专业教学内容体系,同时强化专业人才队伍建设,重构课程教学内容,升级实践教学平台,依托五步混合式教学法,以专业背景课为基础,开展专业课程教学模式改革,让学员在实战化情境中开展专业知识的理解、分析和运用,不断完善自身知识结构,全面提升专业教学质量。To govern the army, we must first govern the military academy, and to build a strong army, we must first build a powerful military academy. With the deepening of the reform of national defense and the military, the construction and development of military academies are facing new opportunities and challenges. The military academies in the new era have also reached the key node of transformation and upgrading after the system is reshaped. Based on the strong demand for talents put forward by the military career, this article takes "focusing on preparing for war, condensing military characteristics,and adapting to the requirements of the times" as the guiding direction, and constructing a teaching content system for the warp and weft synergy measurement and control major for the first-time job training needs. At the same time, strengthen the construction of professional talents, reconstruct the course teaching content, and upgrade the practical teaching platform. Relying on the five-step blended teaching method, based on professional background courses, carry out the reform of professional curriculum teaching mode. We should let the students carry out the understanding, analysis and application of professional knowledge in actual combat situations, continuously improve their own knowledge structure, and comprehensively improve the quality of professional teaching.
