摘　　要：制造强国战略的推行,以及区域产业的智能制造的转型升级,对工业工程人才培养提出了新的要求。针对工业工程人才培养在知识结构、创新能力和实践体系等方面存在的问题,以培养满足工程需求的工业工程智造型人才为导向,以温州大学的工业工程智造人才培养为例,通过对接智造人才需求,界定工业工程智造人才的培养目标,构建匹配工业工程智造人才培养的多学科交叉复合融通的课程体系,建立对接创新创业能力与跨界整合能力培养的多维协同教学平台,形成了面向区域产业需求多元融合的系统化教学模式。该研究为培养适应区域产业智能化转型升级的工业工程智造人才提供了一种参考途径。The implementation of manufacturing power strategy, and the transformation and upgrading of intelligent manufacturing in regional industries, put forward new requirements for the cultivation of industrial engineering talents. In view of the problems in the knowledge structure, innovation ability and practice system in the training of industrial engineering talents, facing the cultivation of industrial engineering intelligent manufacturing talents to meet the needs of engineering, we take the cultivation of industrial engineering intelligent manufacturing talents in Wenzhou University as an example. Through connecting demand for intelligent manufacturing talents, the training goal of industrial engineering intelligent manufacturing talents is defined. The course system of multi-disciplinary crossover and integration matching the training of industrial engineering intelligent manufacturing talents is established. The multi-dimensional collaborative teaching platform for the cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship ability and cross-border integration ability is built. The multivariant and systematic teaching mode facing the diversified needs of regional industrial is established. This study provides a reference way to train industrial engineering intelligent manufacturing talents adapting to the intelligent transformation and upgrading of regional industrial.
