摘  要:LF精炼过程的规范化、自动化、智能化会提高精炼控制水平、提升钢产品的市场竞争力,也符合目前打造智能工厂、实现智能生产的发展趋势。概述了LF精炼自动控制技术的国内外发展状况,对国内外LF精炼自动吹氩、电极自动控制、温度预报、成分预报和控制、脱硫造渣、脱氧造渣的控制系统/模型及应用情况进行了梳理和分析,着重总结了上述技术的应用现状和优缺点;阐述了LF精炼过程实现自动控制的研究进展及发展趋势,展望了LF精炼自动化炼钢发展途径及前景,可为后续LF精炼过程实现自动化精准控制提供参考。The standardization, automatization and intellectualization of LF refining process can improve refining control ability and enhance the market competitiveness of steel products, which is also in line with current development trend of building intelligent factory and realizing intelligent production. The development status of automatic control technology for LF refining at home and abroad is summarized. The control systems/models and their applications of LF refining at home and abroad in automatic argon blowing, electrode automatic control, temperature prediction, composition prediction and control, slagging and desulfurization, and deoxidation are combed and analyzed. The application status, advantages and disadvantages are emphatically summarized. The research progress and development trend of automatic control in LF refining process are expounded, and the development path and prospect of LF refining automation steelmaking are prospected, which can provide a reference for automatic and precise control in subsequent LF refining process.
