摘  要:随着对经济作物、药用植物等遗传信息研究的深入,如何验证基因功能成为了研究重点和难点。瞬时表达技术是近几十年来发展出的新方法,相较于通过转基因技术验证基因功能而言,瞬时表达技术能更加快速且准确验证基因功能。其中农杆菌和基因枪介导的瞬时表达方法有着独特的优势,在各种植物材料中均应用广泛。本文总结农杆菌和基因枪介导的瞬时表达方法的机理、特点、影响因素和应用,为其他植物基因功能研究等提供思路。With the in-depth research on genetic information of commercial crops and medicinal plants, how to verify gene function has become the research focus and difficulty. Transient expression technology is a new method developed in the past several decades. Compared with transgenic technology, transient expression technology can verify gene function more quickly and accurately. Among them, the transient expression methods mediated by Agrobacterium and particle bombardment have unique advantages, which are widely used in various plant materials. This paper summarizes the mechanism, characteristics, influencing factors and applications of Agrobacterium and particle bombardment-mediated transient expression methods, which provides ideas for the research on the gene function of other plants.
