新时代背景下职业院校教师企业实践锻炼模式研究

摘　　要：新时代职业教育对教师企业实践锻炼提出更高要求,创新教师企业实践锻炼模式是提高教师实践质量的重要核心。通过对黑龙江省部分高职院校教师的实践锻炼情况调查发现,目前教师参加企业实践存在平台有限、形式单一、融合度不够等问题,提出“教师+挂职”“教师+项目”“教师+学生”“教师+设备”“教师+场地”等组合创新模式。The vocational education in the new era puts forward higher requirements for teachers’enterprise practice training and innovating the modes of teachers’enterprise practice training is an important core to improve teachers’practice quality.This paper investigates the teachers’practice training situation in some higher vocational colleges in Heilongjiang province,finds out the existing problems such as the limited platform,single form,insufficient integration degree in teachers’participation in enterprise practice,and proposes the combined innovative modes like“teacher+temporary post”“teacher+project”“teacher+student”“teacher+equipment”and“teacher+workplace”.
