摘 要:目的:建立药材市场流通的老鹳草HPLC指纹图谱及并对其共有模式进行识别分析,完善老鹳草药材的质量评价方法。方法:采用HPLC法建立36批老鹳草药材的指纹图谱,通过相似度评价、系统聚类分析、主成分分析、综合主成分评价模型及神经网络模型对老鹳草药材质量进行判别分析。结果:建立了36批老鹳草的指纹图谱,与对照图谱相似度大于0.900的有28批,并指认出没食子酸和柯里拉京两个成分。建立了综合主成分评价法,老鹳草药材市场流通品的综合主成分F值由高到低依次为四川荷花池>安徽亳州>广西玉林>河北安国,与柯里拉京含量高低顺序相同,该评价结果与相似度评价、系统聚类结果基本保持一致,并得到了神经网络模型的验证。结论:建立的老鹳草药材指纹图谱及综合主成分评价模型较稳定且易操作,且通过神经网络模型得到了验证,可为科学评价和有效控制老鹳草药材的质量提供参考依据。Objective:To establish the HPLC fingerprint of Market circulating Laoguancao(Erodii seu Geranii Herba)products,through identify and analyze its shared patterns to improve the quality evaluation method of this medicinal materials.Methods:The fingerprint of 36 batches of Laoguancao(Erodii seu Geranii Herba)products were established by HPLC.The quality of Laoguancao(Erodii seu Geranii Herba)was discriminated and analyzed by similarity evaluation,cluster analysis,principal component analysis,comprehensive principal component evaluation model and neural network model.Results:The fingerprints of 36 batches of Laoguancao(Erodii seu Geranii Herba)products were established,28 batches had a similarity greater than 0.900with the control,and identified two components,gallic acid and corylagin.The comprehensive principal component evaluation method was established.The F value of the comprehensive principal component of the circulation products in the market of Laoguancao(Erodii seu Geranii Herba)products was in descending order:Sichuan Hehuachi>Anhui Bozhou>Guangxi Yulin>Hebei Anguo,which was in the same order as the content of Corrilagin.The evaluation results were basically consistent with the similarity evaluation and systematic clustering results,and had been verified by the neural network model.Conclusion:The established fingerprint and the comprehensive principal component evaluation model of Laoguancao(Erodii seu Geranii Herba)products was relatively stable and easy to operate,and has been verified by the neural network model,which can provide a reference for scientific evaluation and effective control of the quality of Laoguancao(Erodii seu Geranii Herba)products.
