摘  要:职业教育中实训类课程占比较大,其开设目的是为了让学生能够掌握对接岗位的专业技术能力和职业综合素质,为了职业教育的提质培优,抓牢实训类课程的思政建设尤为重要,在实训类课程中开展思政教育可以让学生树立正确的职业道德和工作作风,为我国培养高素质的技术技能型人才提供保障。船体放样实训课程采用隐性渗透式思政教学方法,结合课程任务深入挖掘思政元素,在课前、课中和课后全方位融入思政教育,并利用多元化的教学手段和科学的考评方案,让学生产生“想做好、能做好、做的好”的内驱力,从而达到践行思政教育、落实立德树人的目的。Training courses account for a large proportion in vocational education.The purpose of its establishment is to enable students to master the professional technical ability and professional comprehensive quality of the docking position.In order to improve the quality and training of vocational education,grasp the ideological and political construction of training courses.It is particularly important to carry out ideological and political education in training courses,which can allow students to establish correct professional ethics and work style,and provide a guarantee for the cultivation of high-quality technical and skilled talents in my country.The training course of“Hull Lofting”adopts the implicit penetrating ideological and political teaching method,combines the course tasks to deeply excavate the ideological and political elements,integrates the ideological and political education before,during and after class in an all-round way,and uses a variety of teaching methods.The scientific evaluation plan enables students to generate the inner drive of“wanting to do well,being able to do well,and doing well”,so as to achieve the purpose of practicing ideological and political education and implementing morality and cultivating people.
