摘  要:职业生涯与发展规划课程作为科学指导大学生制定未来规划的通识课程,其受众广、影响深远。职业生涯与发展规划课程思政教学改革是当前高校改革的工作重点。遵循系统性、科学性、逻辑性和时代性原则进行课程思政体系构建,从建设教师队伍、挖掘特色、丰富教学手段、构建考评体系等方面入手实施路径探究,从而发挥职业生涯与发展规划课程全面协调育人作用。The career and development planning course guiding college students to make scientific future plans is a general course, which has a wide audience and far-reaching influence. Ideological and political teaching reform of Career and Development Planning course is the focus of the current reform of colleges and universities. This paper follows the principles of systematicness, scientificity, and logicality to construct the curricular ideological and political system, explores the implementation path from the aspects of building the teaching team, excavating the characteristics, enriching the teaching means and constructing the evaluation system, and implements the comprehensive coordinated educational role of the curriculum of career and development planning.
