摘  要:以2010-2020年我国中西部地区12000余名新入职的幼儿园、中小学教师为对象,评估并预测新入职教师的人力资本、社会资本和心理资本存量及其转换引发教师专业成长过程及程度。从人力资本维度,评估新入职教师的性别、年龄、学历、专业和学业成就等的资本累积水平,分析乡村教师选拔引发的社会流动及其表达的教育意义,以此展示不同资本毕业生进入乡村教育行业的人力资源分布;从社会资本的维度,剖析新入职教师的家庭、地域、身份存在的差异及其资本积累,借此考察乡村教师选拔过程中社会资本嵌入与渗透的痕迹;从心理资本的维度,关注这一群体职业选择中的心理资本存量,讨论心理资本影响新入职教师专业发展的相关性机理及其阶层认同的传染效应。The object of the survey is over 12,000 newly recruited kindergarten,primary and secondary school teachers in the central and western regions of China from Year 2010 to 2020.The purpose is to evaluate and predict the stock of human capital,social capital and psychological capital of newly recruited teachers,and the possibility and extent of teacher professional growth caused by the capital transformation.From the perspective of human capital,this study evaluated the capital accumulation of gender,age,education,major and academic achievements,which aims to analyze the social mobility and educational significance caused by rural teacher selection,to present the distribution of human resources for graduates with different capitals entering the rural education industry.From the perspective of social capital,this study analyzed the differences in newly recruited teachers’family,region,and identity,and the capital accumulation,to investigate the traces of social capital embedding and infiltrating in the process of rural teacher selection.From the perspective of psychological capital,this study paid attention to the stock of psychological capital in this group’s career choice,to analyse the correlation mechanism of the influence of the newly recruited teachers’career choice,and the contagion effect of their class identity.
