摘　　要：“三个务必”是习近平总书记在百年未有之大变局、中国共产党取得百年辉煌成就和开启全面建设社会主义现代化国家新征程的时代背景下,从确保中国共产党长期执政和解决大党独有难题出发向全党发出的郑重告诫,具有高度的理论自觉和政治清醒;“三个务必”深刻回答了中国共产党人伟大奋斗的出发点和落脚点、必须具有的精神品格和必须坚持的行动策略等重大问题,对保持中国共产党的党性纯洁、弘扬和践行伟大建党精神、实现中华民族伟大复兴具有重大理论和现实意义;做到“三个务必”必须坚定理想信念、站稳人民立场、增强忧患意识、深化自我革命、增强历史主动,这样才能真正为全面建设社会主义现代化国家、全面推进中华民族伟大复兴提供政治保证并化成具体实践。The Three Imperatives are General Secretary Xi Jinping’s solemn admonition to the whole party from the perspective of ensuring the long-term ruling power of the Communist Party of China and solving the unique problems of the major party against the background of the great changes unprecedented in a century,the brilliant achievements of the Communist Party of China in the past century and the beginning of a new journey of comprehensively building a socialist modern country.It is with a high degree of theoretical consciousness and political sobriety.The Three Imperatives profoundly answer such major questions as the starting point and foothold of the great struggle of the Chinese communists,the spiritual character they must possess,and the action tactics they must adhere to,and are of great theoretical and practical significance for maintaining the purity of the CPC’s party spirit,carrying forward and practicing the great spirit of party building,and realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.To fulfill the Three Imperatives,we must strengthen our ideals and convictions,stand firm on the people’s stand,enhance our sense of hardship,deepen our self-revolution,and enhance our historical initiative,so that we can truly provide a political guarantee for comprehensively building a modern socialist country and comprehensively promoting the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and turning it into concrete practice.
