摘　　要：目的 检索、提取并汇总乳腺癌患者骨质疏松非药物干预的最佳证据。方法 检索UpToDate、BMJ、JBI、国际指南协作网、英国国家骨质疏松指南组、Cochrane、PubMed、医脉通、中国知网、万方医学网等网站及数据库中关于乳腺癌患者骨质疏松非药物干预相关措施的临床决策、指南、专家共识和系统评价。检索时间限定为2017年1月1日至2022年11月8日,由2名研究员独立对文献进行质量评价。结果 共纳入14篇文献,其中临床决策4篇,指南4篇,专家共识5篇,系统评价1篇,最终围绕乳腺癌患者骨质疏松的筛查与评估、非药物干预措施及注意事项3个维度汇总了25条最佳证据。结论 乳腺癌患者骨质疏松非药物干预的证据有助于临床医护人员开展骨健康管理,为指导乳腺癌患者进行骨质疏松非药物管理提供循证依据。ObjectiveTo search, extract and summarize the latest evidence of non-pharmacological intervention for osteoporosis inbreast cancer patients.MethodsThe literatures on non-pharmacological for osteoporosis in breast cancer patients were searched fromUp To Date, BMJ, JBI, International Guideline Collaboration Network, British National Osteoporosis Guideline Group, Cochrane,Pub Med, Yimaitong, China National Knowledge Infrastructure, Wanfang and other websites and databases. The search period was fromJanuary 1, 2017 to November 8, 2022. Two researchers independently evaluated the quality of the literatures.ResultsA total of 14 litera-tures were included, including 4 clinical decisions, 4 guidelines, 5 expert consensuses and 1 systematic review. Finally, 25 pieces ofbest evidence were summarized based on the screening and evaluation of osteoporosis in breast cancer patients, non-pharmacologicalinterventions and precautions.ConclusionsThe evidence of non-pharmacological intervention of osteoporosis in breast cancer patientsis helpful for medical care personnel to carry out bone health management, and provides an evidence-based for guiding the non-pharma-cological management of osteoporosis in breast cancer patients.
