摘  要:社会匹配型产学合作先导工程(LINC+)作为韩国政府为实现大学与地方共同发展而实施的一项重要工程,极大地推动了韩国产学合作的发展进程,也积累了许多可借鉴的实践经验。LINC+工程具有完善的行动框架及管理体系,具有注重参与高校的自主性、产业领域及合作模式的多样性、参与主体的开放性,以及强调产学合作的可持续发展问题等特点。LINC+工程的经验与特点为我国产学合作发展带来如下启示:构建符合大学特点的产学合作模式;促进产业领域与合作模式的多样化发展;加强合作项目管理和激励机制的建设;构建产学合作一体化的多级项目体系。As an important project implemented by the Korean government to realize the common development of universities and local governments, LINC+ has not only greatly promoted the development process of industry-university cooperation in Korea, but also accumulated a lot of practical experience that can be used for reference. LINC+ has a perfect action framework and management system with the characteristics of the autonomy of participating universities, the diversity of industrial fields and cooperation modes, the openness of participating subjects, and the sustainable development of industry-university cooperation. The practice and characteristics of LINC+ project bring the following inspirations to the development of industry-university cooperation in China, such as building industry-university cooperation models with university characteristics, promoting the diversified development of industrial fields and cooperation modes, strengthening the construction of cooperative project management and incentive mechanism, constructing multi-level project systems of industry-university cooperation integration.
