摘  要:为实现铁路接触网智能验电,设计了一款应用于机器人的接触网智能验电器。该验电器采用单片机做控制器,通过Rola无线通信与机器人进行信息交互,验电器的自检和验电通过机器人进行控制。在研究分析停电检修时铁路接触网的静电感应电压对验电器启动电压的影响后,设计了验电器的验电电路。在此基础上,设计一个高压信号发生器来产生高压信号用于验电器自检,完成自检后,隔绝电源切断验电器和高压信号发生器的连接,使验电器进入验电模式。通过对智能验电器进行仿真和验电试验,结果表明,高压信号发生器可以输出一个27.5 kV的高压信号供验电器自检,当检测到高压信号时验电器发出声光报警,接触网验电时隔离高压信号发生器,最后将验电结果存储在单片机中,供机器人查询。In order to realize railway catenary intelligent electroscope,this paper designs a catenary intelligent electro-scope applied to robot.The electroscope adopts single chip microcomputer as the controller,and information exchange with the robot through Rola wireless communication.The electroscope’s self-test and electrotest are controlled by the robot.After studying and analyzing the influence of electrostatic induction voltage of railway catenary on starting voltage of elec-troscope during outage maintenance,the electroscope circuit is designed.On this basis,a high voltage signal generator is designed to generate high voltage signals for the self-inspection of the electroscope.After completing the self-inspection,disconnect the power supply and cut off the connection between the electroscope and the high voltage signal generator,so that the electroscope enters the electroscope mode.Through the study of the simulation and test of intelligent electro-scope electrical test,the results show that the high voltage generator can output a 27.5 kV high voltage signal which is available for electroscope self-checking,when they tested the high-pressure electroscope send out sound and light alarm signal,catenary inspection electrical isolation high-voltage generator,the final results stored in the microcontroller.
