摘  要:为了解决刀具自动焊接过程中刀片与刀柄之间定位精度稳定性的问题,采用计量学评价方法对丝杠进行快速标定。一方面,建立由个人计算机、可编程控制器、导向丝杠组成的三层拓扑网络结构,另一方面,以顺序功能图作为工具来清晰地描述长度标定的逻辑过程;然后,在程序的自动控制下分段对行走中的丝杠进行数据采集、数值处理和后期图形分析,根据上述信息合理地给出初始定位精度、重复定位精度以及定位系统偏差等。调试结果表明,对于生产过程中涉及长度精密测量的设备进行定期或随机的计量标定对于提高制造厂产品内部质量控制指标具有重要意义。In order to solve the problem of positioning accuracy stability between blade and shank for automatic tool welding process, the quick verification of lead screw was carried out by means of metrological evaluation method.On one hand, a three-layer topology network was established composed of personal computer, programmable controller and lead screw;on the other hand, the sequential function chart was used as a tool to clearly describe the logical process of length verification.Then, under the automatic control of the program, the data acquisition, numerical processing and later graphic analysis for the walking lead screw were performed.Finally, the initial positioning accuracy, the repeated positioning accuracy and positioning system deviation were reasonably obtained according to the above information.The debugging results show that the regular or random metrological verification for equipment related to precise length measurement is of great significant to improve the internal quality control index of products for manufacturer.
