摘　　要：国家文化数字化战略的实施需要建设文化数据资源体系。图档博机构制定的元数据标准是文化数据资源体系建设的基础要件。在西方视觉文化语境中,VRA核心元数据是国际成熟的艺术作品元数据标准,对更广泛意义的文化资源对象描述有着重要参考价值。文章分析了VRA核心元数据的背景、数据模型、结构、元素、属性及关系类型,评述了XML Schema、RDF本体与关联数据等语义网技术应用,讨论了中国《馆藏文物登录规范》行业标准与VRA核心元数据的映射思路,提出了VRA核心元数据的中文本地化推进要点和未来行动任务展望。The implementation of the national cultural digitalization strategy requires the construction of cultural data resource system.The metadata standard formulated by libraries,archives and museums is the basic element for the construction of cultural data resource system.In Western visual culture context,VRA Core is an internationally mature metadata standard for visual cultural works,which has an important reference value for the description of cultural resource objects in a broader sense.This paper analyzes the background,data model,structure,element,attribute,relation of VRA Core,reviews XML Schema,RDF ontology and linked data for VRA Core,discusses the mapping idea between the domestic industry standard of Specification for Registration of Cultural Relics in the Collection of Cultural Institutions and VRA core,and puts forward the key points of Chinese localization of VRA Core and the prospect of future action tasks.
