摘　　要：文章采用网络调研法对中国、美国图书馆从业者的包容性服务意识与技能培养进行对比研究。研究认为,中国需要在图书馆学专业教育中,增设有针对性的包容性教育课程;顺应社会趋势变化,发展馆员多元服务能力;加强与第三方的合作,拓展馆员培训的知识来源。This paper makes a comparative study on the inclusive service consciousness and skills training of library practitioners in China and the United States by using the network survey method.The study suggests that China needs to add targeted inclusive education courses in library science education firstly;adapt to the changes of social trend and develop the multi-service ability of librarians;strengthen cooperation with the third parties to expand the knowledge source of librarian training.
