摘　　要：目的:探究腺苷脱氢酶(ADA)联合胆碱酯酶(ChE)、甘胆酸(CG)检测在肝病患者病情诊断中的应用价值。方法:分析实验组三项指标与正常组的差异、以及与肝功能常规指标的相关性和单独检测与联合检测的阳性检出率。结果:实验组ADA、CG、ALT及TBil检测水平高于正常组,ChE检测水平低于正常组。随着肝病病情进展,ADA和CG水平逐步升高,ChE水平则越来越低,与正常组相比(P<0.05)。ADA和CG与ALT和TBil呈正相关,ChE与ALT和TBil呈负相关,联合检测阳性检出率高于单独检测。结论:三项指标在肝病患者血清中有明显变化,是评估肝功能重要的监测指标,联合检测有助于肝病鉴别诊断和病情判断。objective:To explore the application value of adenosine dehydrogenase(ADA)combined with cholinesterase(ChE)and glycholic acid(CG)detection in the diagnosis of patients with liver disease.Methods:The differences between the three indicators in the experimental group and the normal group,and the correlation with the conventional indicators of liver function,and the positive detection rate of the separate and combined tests were analyzed.Results:The test levels of ADA,CG,ALT and TBil were higher than the normal group,and ChE was lower than the normal group.As the liver disease progressed,ADA and CG levels gradually increased,and ChE levels became lower,compared to the normal group(P<0.05).ADA and CG were positively correlated with ALT and TBil,and ChE was inversely correlated with ALT and TBil,and the combined test positive detection rate was higher than that detected alone.Conclusion:The three indicators have significant changes in the serum of patients with liver disease,and they are important monitoring indicators for evaluating liver function.Combined testing is helpful in the differential diagnosis and disease judgment of liver disease.
