摘　　要：根据合作企业特点,从财务指标和非财务指标两个维度设计7个一级指标和25个二级指标,采用专家打分和层次分析法确定每个指标的权重,根据企业实际运营情况输入相关数据,得出该企业的信用分数。同时,建立起6级信用等级体系,根据企业信用分数获得对应的信用等级,为项目开展中合作企业的准入及营销策略的制定提供依据。该方法能有效降低合作相对方违约的风险。This paper designs 7 primary indicators and 25 secondary indicators on the basis of both financial and non-financial aspects according to the characteristic of the cooperative enterprise, determines the weight of each indicator by expert scoring and analytic hierarchy, inputs relevant data according to the actual operation, and obtains the credit score of the enterprise. At the same time, a 6-level credit rating system is established to obtain the corresponding credit rating according to the enterprise credit score, in order to provide basis for the admission of cooperative enterprises and formulation of marketing strategies. This method can effectively reduce default risk of the cooperative party.
