摘 要:基于资源依赖、合作创新等相关理论,分析了知识位势匹配对校企合作创新绩效的影响,并考察了地理邻近和市场化水平对二者关系的调节作用。研究发现:知识位势匹配对校企合作创新绩效具有显著的正向影响,企业与高校的知识位势差越小,校企合作创新绩效越高;地理邻近对校企知识位势匹配与合作创新绩效之间的关系存在显著的倒U型调节效用;市场化水平显著增强了校企知识位势匹配对合作创新绩效的影响。Based on resource dependence, collaboration innovation and other related theories, this paper analyzes the influence of knowledge potential matching on innovation performance of university-enterprise collaboration, and investigates the moderating effects of geographical proximity and marketization level on the relationship. Results show that knowledge potential matching has a significant positive impact on innovation performance of university-enterprise collaboration, the smaller the knowledge potential difference, the higher the collaborative innovation performance. Geographical proximity has a significant inverted U-shaped moderating effect on the above relationship. Marketization level significantly enhances the impact of knowledge potential matching on innovation performance of university-enterprise collaboration.
