基于计划行为理论的春节期间返乡行为研究

摘　　要：以计划行为理论为基础,引入乡愁、返乡政策宣传效果、返乡手续操作难度3个变量,探究了返乡意愿的影响因素,构建了新冠疫情背景下在外务工人员返乡意向模型;选取137个在外务工人员为样本,运用Mplus软件进行结构方程模型分析。研究发现:返乡态度、感知返乡行为控制对返乡意愿有正向影响,乡愁对返乡意愿有间接的正向影响,返乡手续操作难度对返乡意愿有间接的负向影响。Based on the theory of planned behavior, this paper introduces three variables of homesickness, such as return-home policy propaganda effect, and difficulty of return-home procedures to explore the influencing factors of return-home intention, and constructs a model for the intention of migrant workers to return home under the background of the COVID-19 pandemic. Taking 137 migrant workers as a sample, it makes the structural equation model analysis by Mplus. Results show that, attitudes and perceived behavior control have a positive effect on return-home intention, and homesickness has an indirect positive effect on return-home intention. Difficulty of return-home procedures has an indirect negative impact on the return-home intention.
