摘  要:曲司氯铵是一种具有季铵盐结构的托品酸衍生物,属副交感神经阻滞药,因其具有较强的亲水性,不透过血脑屏障,使得其在治疗膀胱过动症时对中枢神经系统的不良反应以及口干的副作用发生率明显低于其他M受体阻滞药,从而具有更好的耐受性,临床应用前景更好。综述了曲司氯铵的合成工艺,并分析了各生产工艺的优缺点,为日后的曲司氯铵合成工艺的优化提供依据和参考。Tropisium chloride is a kind of Tropic acid derivative with quaternary ammonium salt structure, which belongs to parasympathetic nerve blocker. Because of its strong hydrophilicity, it does not penetrate the blood brain barrier, so the incidence of adverse reactions to the central nervous system and side effects of dry mouth in the treatment of bladder overactivity is significantly lower than other M-receptor blockers, so it has better tolerance and better clinical application prospects. The synthetic processes of tross ammonium chloride are summarized, and the advantages and disadvantages of each production process are analyzed, which provides basis and reference for the optimization of the synthetic process of tross ammonium chloride in the future.
