CuCo_(2)O_(4)/SBA-15负载型催化剂的制备及其催化氧化苄醇的研究

摘  要:采用纳米浇铸法将CuCo_(2)O_(4)固定在SBA-15介孔材料内部得到负载型催化剂,通过XRD、SEM、TEM、XPS和N2吸附-脱附等测试对催化剂的结构和组成进行表征,并研究了其选择性催化氧化苄醇的效果。结果表明,CuCo_(2)O_(4)可以均匀负载在SBA-15的孔道内部,比表面积达到581.7 m^(2)·g-^(1);DFT计算结果表明,孔径从负载前的6.9 nm降到5.0 nm。以过氧化氢为氧化剂时,苄醇在80℃下的转化率达到50%左右,苯甲醛的选择性可达80%以上。该负载型催化剂对取代基为—CH_(3),—CF_(3),—NO_(2)和—OH的苄醇也都有一定催化效果,在氧化法制备苯甲醛工业中具有一定的应用前景。CuCo_(2)O_(4)/SBA-15 mixed-metal oxide nanoparticles were synthesized by incorporating CuCo_(2)O_(4)into the pores of SBA-15 via nano casting method.XRD,SEM,TEM,XPS and N_(2)adsorption-desorption were used to characterize the structure and composition of the catalyst,and the selective catalytic oxidation of benzyl alcohol was studied.The results showed that CuCo_(2)O_(4)could be uniformly loaded inside the channels of SBA-15,with a specific surface area of 581.7 m^(2)·g^(-1)and the pore size decreased from 6.9 nm to 5.0 nm as calculated from DFT method.While using hydrogen peroxide as oxidant,the conversion of benzyl alcohol reached 50%at 80℃and the selectivity of benzaldehyde was more than 80%.The silica-supported catalyst also showed the catalytic activity on benzyl alcohols with other substituents like—CH_(3),—CF_(3),—NO_(2)and—OH applicable for the oxidation of benzyl alcohol.
