摘 要:气门弹簧是发动机气门组件中的重要组成零件,是影响发动机动力性、经济性和可靠性的重要零件之一。本文通过对某船用发动机气门弹簧断裂的故障进行分析,总结引起气门弹簧断裂故障的关键因素。分析结果表明,气门旋转机构的设计对气门弹簧的可靠性至关重要,气门旋转机构的刚度影响着气门弹簧在运行过程中的震颤情况,当震颤过于激烈时会导致气门弹簧的并圈受到冲击,最终导致气门弹簧疲劳断裂。Valve spring is an important component of engine valve assembly, and it is one of the important parts that affect engine power, economy and reliability. This paper analyzes the failure of valve spring fracture of a marine engine, and summarizes the key factors that cause the failure of valve spring fracture. The analysis results show that the design of the valve rotating mechanism is very important to the reliability of the valve spring. The stiffness of the valve rotating mechanism affects the vibration of the valve spring during operation. When the vibration is too intense, it will lead to the impact of the valve spring’s parallel coils, which will eventually lead to the fatigue fracture of the valve spring.
