摘  要:为探索桑叶粉用作草鱼配合饲料原料的可行性,通过制备含不同用量桑叶粉的草鱼饲料,开展2期饲养试验,调查桑叶粉用量对草鱼生长、饲料利用、体成分及血清生化指标等的影响。结果表明,草鱼摄食桑叶粉质量分数为2%、4%和5%的饲料后鱼体增重(WG)和饲料系数(FCR)与摄食不含桑叶粉的饲料组均无显著差异,而饲料中桑叶粉用量进一步提高,草鱼的WG显著降低,FCR显著升高;草鱼摄食含15%和20%桑叶粉的饲料后全鱼粗脂肪含量显著下降,肌肉中的粗脂肪含量均随饲料中桑叶粉用量增加而呈下降趋势;饲料中桑叶粉质量分数为4%或更高时草鱼血清葡萄糖(GLU)水平显著降低;饲料中添加桑叶粉不影响草鱼的成活率(SR)和鱼的体型指数,包括肥满度(CF)、脏体指数(VSI)和肝体指数(HSI)。总之,草鱼饲料中桑叶粉的适宜添加量为2%~5%,如果草鱼饲料中桑叶粉质量分数超过5%,会使鱼的生长速度减慢,饲料系数提高。To investigate the potential use of mulberry leaf powder(MLP) as an ingredient of formulated diet for grass carp, two feeding trials were carried out by formulating diets with MLP of graded levels. The growth performance, feed utilization, body composition and serum biological indexes were evaluated. Results showed that the weight gain(WG) and feed conversion ratio(FCR) of fish fed diets with 2%, 4% and 5% MLP were not significantly different from those of fish fed the diet without MLP. However, with the further increase of MLP in the feed, WG of grass carp decreased significantly and FCR increased significantly. Fish fed diets with 15% and 20% MLP had lower crude fat content in whole fish body. Crude fat content in muscle tended to decrease with the increase of dietary MLP levels. Fish fed diets with over 4% MLP had lower levels of serum glucose(GLU). The survival rate(SR) and body morphology index, including condition factor(CF), visceral-somatic index(VSI) and hepato-somatic index(HSI) were not affected by dietary MLP addition. In conclusion, the suitable level of dietary addition of MLP for grass carp were 2%-5%, and MLP levels above 5% would compromise fish growth and feed utilization.
