摘　　要：目的对乳腺癌患者疾病体验的质性研究进行系统评价。方法计算机检索中国知网(CNKI)、万方、Web of Science等数据库从建库到2022年4月15日收录的关于乳腺癌患者疾病体验的质性研究文献。采用JBI评价文献质量,采取meta整合方法进行系统评价。结果共纳入文献36篇。其中,有明确的研究结果177个,共提炼出完整的研究结果14种,包含了正性体验和负性体验,归纳为7个类别(生理感受、心理感受、家庭和社会支持、疾病知识需求、医学人文关怀、就医流程、应对),合成了2个整合结果(患病体验和就医体验)。结论在乳腺癌患者患病和就医的全过程中,不仅需要指导和支持,还需要医学人文关怀,以帮助其及时应对自身的转变。通过给患者提供足够的疾病相关信息,努力改善就医流程,建立和完善其全方位支持体系,可提高患者的生活质量。Objective To systematically evaluate the qualitative research on disease experience of breast cancer patients.Methods China National Knowledge Infrastructure,WanFang Data,and Web of Science were searched for qualitative research on disease experience of breast cancer patients till April 15,2022.JBI was used to evaluate the quality of the literatures,and meta-integration was used to systematic evaluation.Results A total of 36 literatures were included.Among them,there were 177 clear research results,and a total of 14 complete research results were extracted,including positive experience and negative experience,which were summarized into 7 categories.7 categories included physical experience,psychological experience,family and social support,disease knowledge needs,medical humanistic care,medical treatment process,coping.Two integrated results were synthesized,including disease experience and medical treatment experience.Conclusions In the whole process of breast cancer patients’illness and medical treatment,they need not only guidance and support,but also medical humanistic care to help them respond to their own changes in a timely manner.The quality of life of patients can be improved by providing them with sufficient disease related information,striving to improve the medical treatment process,establishing and improving their allround support system.
