摘　　要：近年来,正畸中软组织的改变成为了本领域的研究热点之一。正畸矫治会导致唇部、颊部及额部等部位的软组织变化.且其变化受性别、年龄、矫治方式等因素影响。虽然许多研究均发现软硬组织形态有较强的相关性,但其并非简单的线性关系,其改变规律十分复杂。近年来许多研究都尝试通过对临床资料的观察测量总结正畸中软组织改变的规律及影响因素。因此本综述尝试对近年相关研究做一总结归纳,以确定目前研究现状。Facial soft tissue changes during orthodontic treatment has become one of the hottest research topics in recent years.Soft tissue at lip area,cheek area,and chin area changes during orthodontic treatment,which is influenced by factors such as gender,age,and treatment protocol.Although great correlations between hard and soft tissue changes were revealed.the nonlinear change correlations were complicated.Many researches recently are done to uncover the pattern and affecting factors of soft tissue changes from observing and measuring past clinical data.Thus.this literature review managed to review the relative researches.
