骨性偏颌畸形临床诊疗的研究进展

摘　　要：骨性偏颌畸形是一种常见的颌面部畸形.在人群中具有较高的发病率。近些年来.随着锥形束CT的不断推广应用,越来越多的学者基于锥形束CT影像对骨性偏颌畸形的相关特征进行研究。本文主要对成年骨性偏颌畸形患者的颌骨特征、牙[牙合]特征及治疗策略作一综述,以便为骨性偏颌畸形患者的临床诊疗提供参考。Skeletal facial asymmetry deformity is a common maxillofacial deformity,which has a high incidence in the population.In recent years,with the continuous application of cone-beam computed tomography(CBCT),more and more researchers study the characteristics of skeletal facial asymmetry based on CBCT images.This article reviews the skeletal characteristics.the dental characteristics and the treatment strategy of skeletal facial asymmetry deformity.which provides reference for the diagnosis and treatment of adult patients with skeletal facial asymmetry in clinical practicc.
