摘　　要：乡村是增强文化自信的优质载体。乡村振兴战略背景下乡风文明建设的根本在于重新认识乡村价值,充分激发乡村的文化主体性,增强乡村的文化自觉和文化自信。由于乡村文化生产在一定程度上与乡村社会脱节,农民缺乏文化自觉和文化自信。政府主导下的乡村文化建设与农民的日常生活实践间存在疏离,来自市场和社会的外来力量缺乏对乡村文化生态的了解,外来文化资源与乡土文化主体间缺乏耦合机制。乡村文化主体性的培育系统就是以尊重和激发农民的文化主体性为中心,通过乡村内部要素和外部要素的互动交换来激发乡村的文化主体性意识,构建起有效整合多元力量的乡村文化建设机制,探索在治理场域下实现价值共享和意义认同,培育乡土文化能人和文化组织。It is the rural area that is a high-quality carrier for enhancing cultural self-confidence.In the context of the rural revitalization strategy,the foundation of constructing rural culture lies in reunderstanding the value of rural areas,fully stimulating the cultural subjectivity of rural areas,and enhancing rural cultural consciousness and cultural self-confidence.Because rural cultural production is detached from rural society to a certain extent,peasants lack cultural consciousness and cultural selfconfidence.The daily life practice of farmers is not closely related to the construction of rural culture under the leadership of the government,the social force and markets from outside lack the understanding of rural cultural ecology,and the cultural resources there’s also short of a coupling mechanism between the outside cultural resources and native cultural subjects.The cultivation system of rural cultural subjectivity is focused on respecting and stimulating the cultural subjectivity of peasants,stimulating the awareness of rural cultural subjectivity through the interactive exchange between internal and external elements in the village,building a rural cultural construction mechanism that effectively integrates multiple forces,exploring the realization of value sharing and recognition meaning under the governance field,and cultivating native cultural talents and cultural organizations.
