摘 要:针对微细粒锡石难以浮选回收的问题,以酵母菌为捕收剂,系统研究了锡石、方解石、石英纯矿物一元体系和二元体系的浮选规律。结果表明,一元体系下,在培养时间24 h、pH=6、酵母菌浓度1.25 g/L、作用时间15 min条件下,锡石回收率为78.83%。酵母菌浓度0.125 g/L时,锡石和方解石二元混合体系中锡金属回收率为85.66%,锡石和石英二元混合体系中锡金属回收率为90.71%。测试结果表明,酵母菌可以大量吸附-5μm粒级锡石,但对+38μm粒级方解石和石英相互作用较小。酵母菌与锡石之间的吸附以化学作用为主。Fine-grained cassiterite is difficult to be recovered by flotation.To solve this problem,the flotation behavior of pure minerals including cassiterite,calcite and quartz in a single and binary flotation system with yeast as the collector was systematically studied.Firstly,the yeast was cultured for 24 h.Then,with the yeast concentration of 1.25 g/L,a reaction time of 15 min and a pH value of 6,the flotation tests of single cassiterite showed that the recovery of cassiterite was 78.83%.With the yeast concentration of 0.125 g/L,the flotation tests of binary mixed minerals of cassiterite/calcite and cassiterite/quartz resulted in the recoveries of cassiterite up to 85.66%and 90.71%,respectively.It is found that the yeast adsorbs a large amount of cassiterite with particle size less than 5μm,and shows little interaction with calcite and quartz with particle size more than 38μm.Furthermore,the adsorption of cassiterite by the yeast is predominated by chemical interaction.
