摘 要:以不同工艺制备的锌铝涂层试板为研究对象,对其进行耐腐蚀性能及起泡机理的研究。120 h、240 h中性盐雾试验(NSS,Neutral Salt Spray test)后观测试板的腐蚀状态,利用OM(光学显微镜)、SEM(扫描电子显微镜)、EDS(X射线能谱仪)对起泡区进行表征分析。结果表明,不同工艺参数锌铝涂层在240 h中性盐雾试验中均未产生红锈,面涂层能有效推迟白锈的出现时间,但面涂层厚度增加导致起泡倾向增大;锌铝涂层起泡分为孤立型、长大型、密集型、混合型4种常见类型;锌铝涂层的起泡主要是由于腐蚀介质穿过结构完整的面涂层,直接与底涂层发生反应所致,过厚的底涂层与面涂层均会导致起泡倾向增加。Taking the zinc-aluminum coated test panels prepared by different processes as the research object,the corrosion resistance and blistering mechanism were studied.After 120 h,240 h neutral salt spray test(NSS),the corrosion state of the test panels were observed,and the blistering areas were characterized and analyzed by OM,SEM and EDS.The results showed that the zinc-aluminum coating with different process parameters did not produce red rust in the 240 h neutral salt spray test.The top coating could effectively delay the appearance of white rust,but the increase in the thickness of the top coating leaded to an increase in the tendency of blistering.Layer blistering was divided into four common types which were isolated type,large-scale type,intensive type and mixed type.The blistering of the zinc-aluminum coating was mainly caused by the corrosive medium that passed through the structurally complete surface coating and directly reacted with the base coating.Too thick base coat and top coat would lead to an increased tendency of blistering.
