摘　　要：目的探讨口腔鳞状细胞癌(oral squamous cell carcinoma,OSCC)患者血清鳞状细胞癌抗原2(squamous cell carcinoma antigen 2,SCC-Ag2)水平与相关临床病理参数的关系。方法选取2019年11月至2021年11月就诊的54例OSCC患者为OSCC组(其中17例收集到术后血清的患者11例普通类型,6例特殊类型);以同期入院非OSCC患者为对照组(n=15)。采集对照组和OSCC组(术前术后)患者血清15 mL于EP管中置-20℃储存,采用酶联免疫吸附法(Elisa法)测定SCC-Ag2的水平,分析其与OSCC预后相关病理参数的关系。结果OSCC组和对照组SCC-Ag2水平分别为0.59μg·L^(-1)、0.45μg·L^(-1),2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。OSCC患者肿瘤体积、分化程度与SCC-Ag2水平呈负相关(β=-0.324、β=-0.202,P<0.05)。特殊类型OSCC患者术后SCC-Ag2水平低于术前(P<0.05)。结论肿瘤体积越大、分化程度越高则OSCC患者血清SCC-Ag2水平越低。血清SCC-Ag2水平可作为监测OSCC患者预后的相关血清标志物。Objective To investigate the relationship between serum SCC-Ag2 level and clinicopathological parameters in patients with oral squamous cell carcinoma(OSCC).Methods Fifty-four OSCC patients treated from November 2019 to November 2021 were selected as the OSCC group,including 17 cases with post-operative serum sample(11 cases of common type and 6 cases of special type).In addition,Admission of non-OSCC patients were chosen in the same period as the control group(n=15).Serum samples(15 mL)was collected and stored in EP tube at-20℃,and SCC-Ag2 levels were determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.Furthermore,the relationship between SCC-Ag2 level and prognosis-related pathological parameters was analyzed in OSCC patients.Results The serum level of SCC-Ag2 in the OSCC group(0.59μg·L^(-1))was higher than that in the control group(0.45μg·L^(-1))(P<0.05).In patients with OSCC,tumor volume and differentiation were negatively correlated with serum SCC-Ag2 level(β=-0.324 and-0.202,respectively;P<0.05).In patients with special type of OSCC,the level of SCC-Ag2 after operation was lower than that before operation(P<0.05).Conclusion Serum SCC-Ag2 level is negatively correlated with tumor volume and differentiation degree in OSCC patients.Therefore,serum SCC-Ag2 can be used as a marker to monitor the prognosis of OSCC patients.
