摘  要:新建公办幼儿园是我国扩大学前教育资源供给的主要方式,体现了我国学前教育公益普惠的价值选择及政府主导的责任担当。新建公办幼儿园的发展是我国学前教育实现后发赶超优势的重要抓手。园长是新建幼儿园成败的关键,其领导实践直接影响幼儿园的发展。采用实证研究的方法,对贵州省23位新建公办幼儿园园长进行半结构的深度访谈,呈现新建公办幼儿园园长的群体画像,探究他们面临什么样的现实挑战,以及他们是如何践行领导实践来树立幼儿园发展方向、发展教职员工、管理保教实践、重构组织及建立对外关系,在此基础上提出政策建议。Newly built public kindergartens are the main way to expand the supply of preschool education resources in China,which embodies the value choice of public welfare and inclusive preschool education in China and the government-led responsibility.The development of new public kindergartens is an important tool for China's preschool education to achieve catch-up advantages.The principal is the key to the success or failure of new kindergartens,and his or her leadership practices directly affect the development of kindergartens.This study uses an empirical approach to conduct semi-structured in-depth interviews with 23 principals of new public kindergartens in Guizhou Province to present a group portrait of principals of new public kindergartens,explore what challenges they have and how they conduct leadership practices to set development directions,develop staff,manage education and care practices,restructure organizations,and build external relationships,and to propose research-based recommendations.
