摘 要:作为机电一体化的重要产物,工业机器人已成为衡量一个国家装备制造水平的主要指标。为了提高工业机器人的制造效率和产品品质,必须对其进行数字化设计。针对数字化车间的控制需求,结合工业机器人的生产特征,提出基于数字化车间的信息化管理模式,并将其划分为5个层次的网络,为下一步建设打下坚实基础。系统体系结构设计将所有与工业机器人生产有关的各个环节进行分层和连接,可为工业机器人制造提供数据和网络支持。As an important product of mechatronics, industrial robots have become a major indicator to measure the level of equipment manufacturing in a country. In order to improve the manufacturing efficiency and product quality of industrial robots, it is necessary to carry out digital design. According to the control requirements of digital workshop and the production characteristics of industrial robots, this paper proposes an information management mode based on digital workshop, which is divided into five levels and realized through five levels of network, laying a solid foundation for the next step of construction. The system architecture design is to layer and connect all links related to the production of industrial robots, so as to provide data and network support for the manufacturing of industrial robots.
