摘　　要：分析了高职院校学生专利能力现状,并以安徽冶金科技职业学院为例,从大学生“创客训练营”、TRIZ创新方法推广培训、专利知识宣传教育、参加科技创新活动、成立创新创业团队等方面探索了高职学生专利挖掘到创新能力提升的有效途径。This article analysis the present situation of higher vocational college students’ ability to patent, and metallurgy in anhui vocational college of science and technology, for example, from the college students “creating guest training camp”, TRIZ innovative ways to promote training, patent knowledge propaganda and education, science and technology innovation activities, and set up innovative entrepreneurial teams to explore the vocational students’ patent mining effective way to promote the innovation ability.
