摘  要:储能技术是新能源发展的核心支撑,是实现“双碳”目标、构建以新能源为主体的新型电力系统的重要保障,储能产业已成为世界各国竞相发展的战略性新兴产业.随着新能源并网、智能电网和电动汽车的飞速发展,储能市场对专业人才需求呈井喷式增长.高校加快储能技术专业学科建设,对推动储能领域“高精尖缺”人才培养、满足储能产业人才需求,具有重要现实意义.三峡大学立足储能产业特点和需求,依托学校电气工程学科特色与优势,融合电气、材料、物理、化学和能源动力等五个优势学科力量,在电气工程及其自动化专业增设储能技术方向,确立了“跨界融合、产教协同”的人才培养模式,并对该专业方向的人才培养目标定位、课程体系构建、实践教学平台搭建、师资队伍建设等多方面进行了探索与实践,以期对其他高校储能技术专业建设提供借鉴与参考.Energy storage technology is the core support for the development of new energy and the important guarantee for realizing the goal of "double carbon" and building a novel power system with new energy as the main body. Energy storage industry has become a strategic emerging industry competing for development all over the world. Meanwhile, the demand for the professionals in the energy storage market is growing in a blowout manner with the rapid development of new energy grid connection, smart grid and electric vehicles. Therefore, accelerating the discipline construction of energy storage technology in colleges and universities is of great practical significance to promote the cultivation of "high-quality and top-notch" talents in the field of energy storage and meet the talent demand of energy storage industry. Based on the characteristics and needs of energy storage industry, China Three Gorges University integrates the strength of five advantageous disciplines such as electrical, materials, physics, chemistry and energy power, sets up energy storage technology direction in the specialty of electrical engineering and automation and establishes the talent training mode of "cross-field integration and industry-education coordination". It also explores and practices the orientation of talent training objectives, the construction of curriculum system, the construction of practical teaching platform and teaching staff, which has the reference values for the construction of energy storage technology in other colleges and universities.
