摘　　要：公安科技是公安工作的重要组成部分。公安部重点实验室研究成果的转化是衡量公安科技能力和水平的重要指标。基于公安部重点实验室功能定位及其不同的建设模式,从成果转化的重要意义、成果转化模式、成果转化阶段划分到影响成果转化效率重要因素以及课题立项前期调研不充分,缺乏成果转化专门服务机构、评估指标体系不完善等方面进行分析,提出重点围绕培养专业的成果转化服务团队、进一步优化评估指标体系,合理确定指标权重、完善成果转化激励机制等措施,探讨提升公安部重点实验室研究成果转化的新路径,有效提高成果转化效率,更好服务公安实战需求,加快推进公安部科技强警战略的实施。Public security science and technology is an important part of public security work. The transformation of the research achievements of the key laboratory of the Ministry of Public Security is an important index to measure the scientific and technological ability and level of the Ministry of Public Security. Mainly based on the functional orientation of the key laboratory and its different construction modes, from the important significance, transformation mode, transformation stage division to the important factors that affect the efficiency of results transformation, the insufficiency of the early transfer of the project, lack of specialized service institutions for results transformation and imperfect evaluation index system are analyzed, and the emphasis is put on training professional service teams for results transformation and further optimizing the evaluation index system, reasonably determining the weight of indicators, improving the incentive mechanism, exploring new ways to enhance the transformation of research achievements in the key laboratories, which effectively improves the efficiency of the transformation of achievements, and better serves the needs of the actual combat of public security, speeds up the implementation of the strategy of strengthening the police through science and technology of the Ministry of Public Security.
